There are just no words to tell you how delighted I am with your services. After a long season of house-shopping, you located the perfect house for me.
We "met" on the Internet when I was still in California, during the long process of selling my existing house, and still months away from being in Tulsa. I had come across a listing of yours, and contacted you for more information. To my surprise, you are the only such realtor who not only took me seriously, but you were friendly and personable in replying....and prompt too! That was remarkable! You kept me current for a very long time with information about the changing market and trends in sales. That was time-consuming for you, but invaluable to me.
When I finally arrived in Green Country, you were sooo very patient with me and my demands. I handed you a difficult assignment concerning location, price, and features, but you never flinched. You took me out, looking at houses for sale many, many times, week after week.
You were consistently kind to me and to everyone we encountered, including other realtors and homesellers.
