David's past career of 25 years was in the Automobile business where he owned and operated two New Car Franchises, which in 1994 he was awarded the "National Quality Dealer Award" from NIADA for his award winning service, business practices and his commitment to his customers and his community. David has enjoyed the last 4 years in the Real Estate business meeting and greeting new clients, which gives him much satisfaction meeting their needs in Real Estate with the same Drive and Determination.
David has completed his hours for his CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation from REMAX University. With the growing Mortgage Problems and people that have been affected within the Tulsa Area, he plans on reaching out to help the ones in need. "It really hurts when you see someone backed into the corner". With the CDPE Program we get Lenders to listen when others simply cannot. David is able to complete a Short Sale on client's properties in lieu of Foreclosures. Saving people's Credit and giving them piece of mind is our goal.
